Amy joined the TALISMAN team in January 2012. Her interest in geographical study is long-standing. She obtained a first class honours degree in Human Geography from the University of Edinburgh and has a master’s degree from the University of British Columbia. Amy’s professional career began in Canada, where she helped to implement modern day treaties in the sub-arctic. Most recently, Amy worked in Scotland as a Project Manager for the Institute for Research and Innovation in Social Services. She has devoted her career to undertaking and promoting research aimed at addressing key social and economic challenges.
